Routine maintenance is typically scheduled on Tuesdays.

After-Hours Maintenance Emergency

For life threatening emergencies – CALL 9-1-1

Non-emergency after-hours calls will be charged at the rate of $29.50 per hour plus mileage.

Requesting Work Orders

The following is a list of circumstances that are considered an emergency by the Housing Authority maintenance department. This list includes, but is not limited to:

• Fires (CALL 9-1-1 first)
• Plugged Sinks in all Manors (bottom floors)
• Broken Door Locks – if unable to secure
• Broken Windows – if broken out completely
• Refrigerator not working
• Smoke Alarm not working
• Plugged Toilets
• No Heat
• No Electricity
• MAJOR Water Leaks
• Range – if COMPLETELY out
• Any health or safety hazard
